أمس قابلت صديقى أشرف و الذى يعمل مدير قسم الإستقبال فى أحد فنادق أبوظبى حيث يقود فريق مكون من 20 شخص ، و أثناء كلامنا جاءة إتصال هاتفى من موظفه فى فريقه تشكو من أسلوب تعامل زميلها معها و عدم التنسيق بينهما مما كاد يسبب أن تذهب حقائب نزيل مع نزيل أخر و هى مشكله ليست سهله

طبعا كل منهما له روايه مختلفه لما حدث ، المهم كان هذا الإتصال السبب فى حوار جميل بيننا عن المشاكل التى يقابلها كقائد فريق عمل ، ملخص ما قيل هو:

من عشرين شخص لديه مشاكل مع ثلاثه فقط ، هى كالأتى

• فتاه حساسه جدا حتى ممكن تبكى لو شعرت أنك تهاجمها أو تكلم معها شخص بأسلوب قاس
• واحد ملامح وجهه متجهمه معظم الوقت حتى يشعر المتكلم معه أنه غاضب منه أو لا يحبه
• واحد غير راض عن وظيفته أو وضعه و يرى أنه يستحق أكثر من ذلك ، و هو لا يؤدى عمله كما يجب

للأسباب السابقه جعلوا شعار الفندق هو

ثم تكلمنا عن الأجراءات التى يتخذها لتحسين روح الفريق و محاوله مساعده هؤلاء الأشخاص على التحسن و الإندماج مع الفريق و هو ما نناقشه لاحقاً
