ماذا أفعل خارج بلدى؟ أو ما الذى أريد فعله قبل العوده لوطنى؟ 2

الجزء الأول

خلال حوار مع صديق أخر عن نفس الموضوع ، أضاف التالى لقائمه الأشياء التى يحب فعلها قبل العودة لمصر

أريد أن أتعلم التعامل فى البورصه، فى أبوظبى الكثيرين يتعاملون فى البورصه و لنا أصدقاء ذوى خبرة فى هذا الموضوع ، فالوجود هنا فرصه جيده للتعلم.

تجهيز الأساس اللازم لبدء مشروع فى مصر بعد العوده. من دراسات ، مكان، إتفاقات و غيرها

محاوله نقل أيه أفكار أو صناعات جيده هنا إلى مصر، منطقه جبل على فى دبى بها العديد من المصانع الجيده.

شراء سياره جديده تصلح لتسفيرها مصر عند النزول النهائى، مراعيا شروط الجمارك.

أعيش فى أبوظبى منذ ثلاثه أعوام و نصف تقريباً، أحيانا أشعر بفقدان الهدف و لا أعرف تحديدا ماذا أفعل خارج بلدى؟ و لا أقول ماذا أفعل فى الغربه لأننى لا أشعر بالغربه فى أبوظبى و ربما يكون الإنسان غريبا فى بلده!

وهنا كانت الفكره أن أتخيل أنى عائد لمصر غدا فما هى الأشياء التى كنت أود فعلها قبل العوده؟

و لجعل الموضوع أكثر فائدة سألت عدد من الأصدقاء نفس السؤال ، ماذا تريد أن تفعل قبل العوده لبلدك ؟ و أصدقائى هنا من بلاد و خلفيات مختلفه.

و كانت هذة إجاباتى و إجاباتهم ، حققت بعضها فعلا.

عمل عمرة عن طريق البر
الحصول على رخصة قياده و إمتلاك سيارة جيده
أن تزور أسرته أبوظبى (هذا الصديق أسرته تسكن مصر، هو وحده فى أبوظبى)
رحلات و زيارات إلى العين ، دبى ، الشارقه ، حتا ، البريمى و أى مكان أستطيع زيارته
أخذ لقطات فيديو و صور لذكرياتى هنا



تطوير الذات بدراسات عليا و خاصه أن الكثير من الجامعات و المعاهد العالميه لها فروع و مراكز فى دبى
الإحتكاك بالشركات العالميه الموجوده بإلإمارات ،
أخذ شهادات إعتماد مهنيه certifications


و سأواصل عرض المزيد كلما توفر.

Christmas Tree and Wellhead Integrity Management

I work now for ADMA-OPCO (Abu Dhabi Marin Operating Company) the major oil producer working in the offshore areas of Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates

One of my major achievements is in the area of Christmas tree and wellhead integrity management. I do manage the integrity of this most crucial component of the well with deep understanding of its Safety hazards and integrity problems.

I am experienced with the following:

Areas of

• Valve Integrity (Testing and Maintenance)
• Cavity Seals Integrity (Cavity testing)
• Physical Condition (periodic Visual Inspection)
• Inventory Data (part numbers, drawings, BOM...) and Components’ replacement tracking.

HSE Critical Equipment and Systems (HSECES)

• HSECES Identification and Integrity Assurance
• Asset Integrity life cycle
• Integrity Management Systems for HSE Critical Equipment and Systems

HSE Critical Integrity Records management

• Data requirements, data management and quality control
• Developed the web based Database of all Xmas tree and Wellhead Data needed for Well Integrity Team
• Inspection and testing results, audit findings, Engineering Drawings, Bill of Materials, Photos, other records.
• Roles and responsibilities of data entry, quality check and approvals.

Risk ranking guidelines

• Classification of Xmas tree into Risk rank one (HIGH), two (MEDIUM) or three (LOW).

Dealing with Vendors and Service companies

• Specify and communicate Well Integrity Team requirements to service engineers.
• Discuss the work procedures provided by vendors or operating company.
• Participate in task risk assessment
• Receive reports / results, do quality check before approving the results.

Site Visits, Meetings and Presentations

• I do visits; attend meetings and presentations with office and offshore based teams to highlight the problems in our equipment, reported data, integrity management practices in place.

Monitoring the Inspection of Xmas tree and wellhead

• Based on company procedures
• Scheduling inspections , analyze reported finding and prepare corrective actions (ex: Sandblasting, Painting and replacement)

Monitoring the Testing and Maintenance of Xmas tree and wellhead valves

• Leak rates acceptance criteria
• Vendor Procedures and scheme for periodic inspection, testing and maintenance.
• Xmas tree repair programs and corrective actions follow-up.

Hot Tapping

• Aware of Hot tapping the annuli where no access to annulus pressure.
